Being at Sweet Briar College :
Sweet Briar is an elite women's college founded in 1901. The 3250 acre campus sits at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in central Virginia and is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. Dorms are air-conditioned and have 2, 3, or 4 person occupancy. The dorm lounge has game rooms and TVs. The dining hall offers nutritious food in an all-u-can-eat buffet style. We will have have dorm supervision and campus security 24/7.











Soccer Facilities:
Sweet Briar's three Bermuda grass soccer fields are some of the best playing surfaces in Virginia. There are also three indoor fields which can be used for FUTSAL training and games.

7:00       Rise
7:15-8:00          Morning Run / Core Strength / Plyometrics /
    Specialized GK Training
8:00-8:45Breakfast (Commuters arrive after BF)
9:15-11:00        Technical Topics / Ball Immersion Training (BIT)
11:30-12:30      Lunch
1:00-1:30Top Flight Skills Challenge (World Record Attempts)
1:30-3:30Tactical Topics / Small Sided Session
4:30-5:30Dinner
6:00-8:00Evening Games (Matches & Coaches Challenge)
8:00-8:15Camp Meeting (Commuters leave after mtg.)
8:30-9:00Evening Pizza, games and free-time
9:00-9:45Soccer Tennis & 2v2 Street Soccer
10:00      In rooms, lights out by 10:15 for ages 10-13
10:30      In rooms, lights out by 10:45 for ages 14-18
